The stats are like a bikini...what they reveal is enticing, but what they
conceal is vital.Superior stats is almost always something a loser
cites to argue that they were "close." Winners only look at
the stats for what they tell them about areas of improvement.
Wishnowsky's TD-saving, diving, shoestring tackle was another example of
the will-to-win type of play that makes the difference between winning and
losing and doesn't show up in the statistics.
