My experience was the same as Sir Robins, I didn't drive to Park City just to get one but I was up there already attending to some business and decided to get one while I was there. The wait was long, over 20 minutes, and the size of the roll in comparison to the price was not worth it. It definitely tasted good but it was pretty expensive for not much food. Be prepared to go to Taco Bell afterwards to get filled up.

Save your money. My curiosity got the better of me and I went up to PC for a lobster roll. It was good, no doubt, but it cost $30 and I ate it in 4 bites. I'm no cheapskate but this was borderline ridiculous. The 30 minute wait was no fun either.

Where is the truck in the SL valley? Anyone know? I would really like a lobster roll, but not enough to drive up to Park City.
