I believe that VidAngel needs to cut deals otherwise what there doing is illegal taking copyright stuff without getting studios ok which is wrong. So I see why Hollywood studios are suing VidAngel something that The PTC and Tim Winter are wrong about I strongly disagree with the org I'll leave it at that.

The filters are necessary to protect children
and young people from vile content.

The new movie Wonder Woman proves John Charity Spring point!
In the movie, Capt. Steve Trever speaks disdainfully of marriage. Something that is very uncommon and unlikely to have happened in the 19teens. But, in an effort to modernize the movie (or perhaps out of simply writing from what they know), Hollywood broke the period-piece with this and other, very 21st century, concepts. It's still a very entertaining movie, well worth watching, but also a sad proof of what John commented on June 14: Hollywood's shameful and irresponsible contribution to society.

Where is Orrin Hatch? Congress could modify the copyright law overnight to allow VidAngel and other companies to filter the Hollywood products and defeat the Hollywood agenda.

The inability of a Republican Congress to modify the copyright law is yet another example of why so many of us are disgusted with Republicans. What good does it do to elect them when they won't take action?

I would think a conservative Supreme Court would rule in favor of VidAngel. At least I would hope so.

The previous model seemed fine with me. The studio was paid for the movie and Vid Angel just rented it out with filtering available. That has got to be legal.

If filtered is found legal the movie studios will soon release an airplane rated version with every new movie. Lets hope that becomes the case.

The modern entertainment industry has an open and stated agenda of promoting substance abuse and wanton sexuality. Part of this agenda includes an attempt to destroy traditional marriage and family.

Modern Hollywood portrays marriage as a burdensome institution to be scorned and ridiculed. Indeed, Hollywood treats marriage as something to be avoided at all costs.

Unfortunately, an impressionable public has begun to imitate what is shown on television and movies. As a result, the rates of illegitimacy and disease are skyrocketing.

The irrefutable fact is that wanton, uncontrolled sexuality does have harmful effects for both the individual and society. Shame on those who seek to impose this harm.
