I bought a Purple mattress last year and I LOVE it. I have owned and slept on
both a sleep-number and a tempurpedic mattress and I hated both of them. I
always woke up with serious back pain. I had to sleep with a lumbar pillow under
my hips to relieve pain. I was in physical therapy for my lower back when I
bought the purple mattress and within a week the pain in my lower back was
significantly less. I don't have to sleep with my lumbar pillow
uncomfortably under my hips anymore, and I don't have lower back pain
anymore. I know this bed isn't for everyone, but I feel like it was made
for me. My son who has arthritis wants a Purple mattress so bad but they
don't have normal twin bed (he's 11). When we first got it, he was
telling everyone about it. We did get him the pillow and he loves that.
An inspiring story. No limit to what the American entrepreneurial spirit can
accomplish. Of course there are always posters who do their best to turn a
positive into a negative.
If you are over 250 lbs, don't expect it to be comfortable. It isn't.
You'll sink right to the foundation. And rolling over? Forget about it.
Cool? Not like you hoped.

What about the white powder that is all over the Purple mattress? What is it? Is
