This is a necessity while not an ideal way of doing things as USTAR
(Jackie's acclaimed legislative accomplishment during her election bid) and
the University of Utah have both been a complete disaster in incubating life
science technologies (or most others for that matter) leading to
commercialization and meaningful high paying research and manufacturing jobs.
While I applaud the addition of new jobs, I've reached the point of
wondering how much more growth we can actually accommodate, living -- as we do
-- in a desert.
