    Most of us sooner or later have to decide: what comes first career or family? For women this is brutal, because family often means dissing the career. Not so much with men, but men also sometimes have to forego a career opportunity in the face of family needs. It never is an easy call, and I don't envy women having to make this decision. But family first.

    Your article was well stated Carmen but you missed a key ingredient to your success so far in life. When you became married to your now best friend Brad that is when all of these things you talk of became a reality. A strong married couple give each other a great start for personal growth and I believe you have a good husband by your side. We know he has a wonderful wife by his side. The children are a bonus...
