I've know Michael Jensen for years. He's a really good guy. The problem that I have is, why does anyone that makes $160K a year need a bonus? I'd love to make 160K at my job. Especially since the line firefighters don't get such and incentive.

No government employee should ever get a bonus for anything at any level, unless the people in the ranks that do the heavy lifting and drive the trucks have the same opportunity to make extra.

Jensen has done a good job as chief. I wish him luck.

I've lost count; however, it is approaching 10 incidence since the House Speaker Hughes' vindictive audit of the U that additional auditors could have possibly detected abuse such as this earlier or could possibly saved the state millions. But to be fair - his audit did bring about his desired effect. The University of Utah will play his alma mater annually.

Jensen should also resign from the County Council or as Chief of the Unified Fire Authority. It is a conflict of interest and makes way for corruption.
