    I really enjoy 3.2s... It's a long enough distance to keep you running for a good amount of time and to stretch you if you haven't been heavy into running lately, but it's short enough to stay manageable if you're not a dedicated runner. It's long enough that I have to watch my pace, but it's short enough that I have to still run it fast or else be disappointed.
