    This article talks about how the NCLB was a failure from the start yet calls the relaxing of strict federal government measures a bad thing.

    The problem with NCLB is it was a top down federal govt fiasco which would never fix the problem of failing schools but put them in flux like the Cleveland browns who hire and fire coaches and QBs like its going out of style.

    The current system is far better as it only requires states to report back on title 1 schools which account for less than 7% of the entire system. This bill frees up teachers in areas that are not struggling to allow them to teach again.

    Michael must have had nothing to write about this time because this article is nonsense.
