So how does "may" have been raped prove she was raped? Theoretical police investigation and probabilities are not proof of anything. So what was the warrant for? Why do they need a warrant to prove the truth? They can't prove sex was consensual so they assume rape which instantly taints the credibility of the investigation. They do need warrants to prove a lie or twist the truth with probabilities which is what they use them for.

There sterilized investigation are hardly real and irresponsible law enforcment. The only way police can invade the privacy of anyone is by sworn warrants from marginal judges who are tricked by lies and deception to approve illegal warrants and too ashamed afterwards to admit they are wrong.

Information obtained by warrant is suspect and should never be given the credibility of truth in cases brought to courts.
