I thought with Democrat's war on women no woman was allowed to lead in America?

Wrong party -- you're not describing the Democrats. The Democrats have no war on women, nor do they try to ban women from leading. They're not the ones who are trying to keep women home and breeding (no contraception, etc.).

I think it will come and is coming organically. A lot of our student body leaders in our schools are young women and this wasn't the case a generation ago.

All women should follow their own conscious, learn what works for them and their families and then do that.

When I was in the Army there was the saying .. ' there is the right way, the wrong way and the Army way '. The meaning being so often the Armys very oftan really wasn't wrong, but it wasn't really right either. There was so often a better way.

Trying to get more leaders based on their sex reminds me of this. Doing so isn't wrong, but it really isn't right either. The right way would be to seek out leaders based on their wisdom, dedication and goodness.

What a condescending piece. Let people live the lives they want to lead. Not all women - or men, for that matter - want or feel the need to take a public leadership role. And can we please stop dividing others across gender lines?
