    Thsi is one of those things that we used to think of as perfectly normal, that's now viewed as an unacceptable risk. Why is that? What has made us so risk-averse?

    I Drive for UTA. A driver ran a red light and nearly hit the bus in a busy intersection. Passengers said he was talking on a cell phone. I don't have the answer to distracted driving. If I had my way reckless drivers would spend two or three days in the county jail.
