I notice in the pictures that he is shackled and manacled. Is he a flight risk? Is he a danger to the people in the court? Is that really needed? Like the other posters, the evidence seems to be a little flimsy, and even if he is aquitted, his life is still in ruins because no one will ever publish an apology or be willing to give this guy a job driving a school bus again.

I was one of those who was on the band wagon to lock this guy up and throw away they key... now after more comes out (not saying he is innocent by any means), it looks like flimsy evidence?

I would think the film would show blatant abuse or not(color, sound, assume HD). The drivers KNEW they were being filmed/recorded... doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

Makes me sick to think this guys life was ruined over possible nothing!

I have a son who wants to be a teacher, it makes me nervous and I want to advise him to take a different path.

looks like the prosecutor should be given an Emmy. To destroy someones life on such flimsy evidence. This looks more like some politically motivated witch hunt. Over-reach by prosecutors is the number one problem with our justice system. Also obvious extreme overreaction by all parties. These people should by held to a higher standard. These out-of-control prosecutors should be brought to the attention of the board. They are seeing Bears when they are puppy dogs and lions when they are kittens. There need to be some way to hold these responsible for the many Civil Rights violations and over-prosecutions by their office.
