If someone is homebound, but capable of getting to their door, there should be a way for accommodations to be provided in order for those who are disabled to have the opportunity to get out of their house and taken to a specific destination in the local area.

    Hello Ultra Bob,
I didn't mention paying for my transportation, so as not to be to wordy, However, I believe money can be saved (I believe $12 per one way trip) per ride by using appropriate sized vehicles or outsourcing to the private sector when necessary. Also, since other para transit companies have had extensive legal fees, it would be a savings overall.

Why would someone expect that the same people, who won't help pay for your medical care, would be willing to pay for your transportation.
