This cougar died this morning before being released.Just FYI
re: HemlockAfter byu & the recent textbook certification flap, I
hope the animal control officers weren't state employees/agents of a state
What a beautiful, majestic animal. I'm so glad he was given a second
chance at survival and was relocated. I hope he stays in the wild.
Glad they saved this beautiful animal. Congratulations to the animal control
officers. Megafauna belongs in our environment.
estreetshuffle:The first problem was responding to Chris B. I
don't know if he is LDS or not, and it really doesn't matter. Chris B
represents only himself. As for the rest of us, the majority on both sides of
the Utah/BYU debates would be friends in real life. The banter back and forth
is intended to be for fun - however, you are right - some people take it to the
extreme on both sides of the fence. I tend to ignore those types.I
am from a LARGE family, and I am the only one who is a Utah fan, all the rest
root for BYU. I don't say anything on these posts that I wouldn't or
haven't said to my brothers in our back and forth sparring.Peace to all!
All it wanted was a steak from the steak house. The word is out in the wilds.
This is a natural for PIRA people, buy him a steak.
estreet,Are non-LDS people not taught to be nice? What does being
nice have solely to do with LDS or not? You're ok with non-LDS people not
being nice but LDS people need to be nice? So bizarre the logic of some people.
Go BYU and Corner Canyon Cougars.
@VegasUteTouche' - well played.
There was nothing off topic or disruptive about my comment!"That's a big cat!Is this the mascot for BYU
Independence?"The BYU Wild Cougars"!
I am in trouble again for responding to at ChisB for indicating that thew cougar
was put down which means that the cougar is not living. I am not lds and
I've seen a lot of offensive stuff get through the desnews editor. I think
this is hypocritical since LDS are taught to be nice. You guys need to be nice
to each other. A lot of non lds read this paper.
That's right - shoot it with a tranquilizer and return it to it's
natural habitat, Utah County.
@IRS Agent. Well the world is their campus.
Rise and Shout...!!
@IRS Agent. . . .way to go!
Cougars in Sandy. Who would have thought.
I guess "Cougar Territory" officially extends at least as far north as
