Church of England publicizes official World Cup prayers

    Aye we have that one every world cup. The media here are shocking. Talking about how England has a chance to win the world cup or euros. We may have the best football league in the world but that unfortunately has not translated into a team that can work together.

    Saw this newspaper-style joke on twitter and thought it was funny:

    SAO PAULO (AP) - Prior to beginning their World Cup campaign, the English National Football Team visited a local orphanage. The British stars handed out shirts and took photos with the youngsters. "It's absolutely heartbreaking to see such a destitute, downtrodden groups of people," said 6-year-old Jose.

    Don't think its going to get England out of the group stages. At least we won't have to suffer through another penalty shoot out.
