    @ Jason

One thing that I think it heavy lacking in todays world and in the LDS church in general is planning. I think all the things that you mentioned were admirable but the sooner you learn how to plan the sooner you take control of your life instead of it controling you.

    In Proverbs it states:

"Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established."

Too many of us are late for church and other things because we either we don't plan or we don't know how to plan. This is especially crucial in preparation for college.

College students are investing a lot of time and money in going to school and you should get as much as you can from it while you are there.

Planning or preparation should be on the top of the list of high school grads. Yes have fun and be glad you graduated high schoool and stuff and take time to relax but planning should also be a part of your summer plan.

I've become a huge fan of Jason Wright. Though I've read his novels for years, I think he's making his mark in these short, passionate tales of life, and our place in it.

Oakli is a blessed daughter. I hope she makes the most of each moment of her time in college, and discovers her own natural gifts, skillset and where her passion lies. Once she learns this, she will know her true purpose, and can take whatever the world throws at her and succeed.

P.S. Jason, Mom and Oakli, Facetime fifteen minutes per week or two really helps.

P.P.S. Faith, not fear. "Be still, and know that I am God." Psalm 46:10.
