I LOVE seeing these exchange students in my neighborhood. But I've always wondered... do my property taxes pay for their education, or do their parents pay some kind of non-local-tax-payer tuition? Or is attending the school free for them too?

If the parents are paying something... does any of it make it to the school district? Or just to the group organizing the exchange student program?
