    Oh, I get it now. So, I'm paying a monthly fee for a utility and I get internet for free? That's awesome! What is the utility? Oh, it's internet service. Riiight??

    This is the same line of thinking that prompts people to buy groupons or raffle tickets. There is nothing for free. You are buying the right to a product or service, which you may choose to upgrade if you wish. Whether or no you want the service, you are going to pay for it every month. To say otherwise is complete doublespeak.
