    non drinkers make the laws and dont understand most drinkers are not out driving drunk and killing people, or there would be thousands more a year in this paper, as dui deaths.

    It's hard for me to see why a liquor license should be any more transferable than a driver's license. It makes no sense.

    This is really a tragedy. The DABC should be ashamed of themselves. Give new restaurants liquor licenses and STOP stifling business.

    How, in any way, shape or form, can you talk about Utah liquor licenses in the context of free market?
