As I read the selections for the 23rd pick for the Jazz I see way to many Point Guards, I guess the writer failed to realize the Jaz stashed a PG in Europe last year. Looking at the depth chart and after what appears to be another veteran wash again. I would say they need to concentrate on Small Forward, power forward, center, shooting guard and point guard as who they b=pick up in this draft. They have great players for all their positions which was shown in their last few games when the younger players started and finished the games. They really need to a great veteran player through free agency to help with the rebuild. Even though I could see R.J. returning. They have a great foundation now they need to build for the future.

I get what you're saying, but really, it just means that Jimmer was drafted too high.

The number twenty three draft pick gives the Jazz an opportunity to acquire the number ten draft pick from just three years ago. Jimmer Fredette is certainly available to be traded by the Chicago Bulls, where he has hardly played at all. On the other hand, they most likely will just cut him after the season ends. Then we can get Jimmer for the NBA minimum salary. I'm not much of a Jimmer fan but he can score points, fill empty seats and does indeed have something to prove in the NBA.
