One little opinion and everyone goes crazy. Now I've got Me, Myself and I on my case. I'm am not a fan of pro ball. Have I not made that clear? Who does know anything about actual football around here? I dare you to answer that question. I've admitted I'm biased. Others aren't willing to do the same. I find it entertaining that you are trying to convince me you aren't an aggie or a Seahawks fan when you jump like all the aggies here. You are no better Me, Myself and I then any of the people who have jump on me for having an opinion. The aggie fan base takes it to a whole new level. You'd know that since you support the aggies just as fully as everyone else.

If 10 tackles is a non-factor I'll take irrelevance any day. Not to mention the Seattle's MLBs didn't allow jack across the middle. The only bigger factor on defense than the play of the MLBs was Denver being to scared to go deep down the sideline which the Seahawks were basically daring them to do with press man coverage on the outside and taking the crossing routes underneath away all night. Go play some Madden because you've already revealed you don't know much about actual football. That's a truly non-bias opinion about Bobby Wagner's play in the Super Bowl. Non-factor, HA!

Just so you don't try to lump me in with Aggie fans, which I am no, if they never won another game I would care less. And to me the Seahawks will always have that old AFC West Seahawks aura about them, a team only fair weather fans and locals will support.

As far as fan bias goes every team has fans who give the general fan base for their team a black eye because of their bias.

The D as a whole knew if they contained Manning the Broncos would fold. No one man was a factor, especially Wagner. He may have had two years in a Seahawks jersey but he's not a factor. Yes Seattle is the Championship team but not because of Wagner. Can anyone who isn't an aggie have an opinion? It's the way I've seen the fan base treat other teams and other fan bases. If you aren't an aggie you should know what I'm talking about. Not convinced that you are not an aggie Manfred Man. My friend tinplater, the aggies know nothing about class.

What is nice is that two Aggies have Super Bowl Rings!! And Wagner became a starter after the fifth game of his rookie season, I believe. He is a class guy, and represents USU with distinction.

All of Seattle's defense was a factor, especially Sherman and Wagner. Who could seriously say Wagner wasn't a factor? He's a two-year starter for the current NFL champions, for pete's sake. Those players start for a reason and they all beat up on the Broncos handily.

Seriously, what's with the ludicrous anti-Aggie bias? I don't understand it. And I'm not even really an Aggie fan. Please enlighten me.

Can you about Utah/BYU or SUU? No you cannot tinplater. I understand football and I understand Wagner was a non factor in the game. I might be biased but I'm willing to admit it.

Stang0 can't make an objective remark about USU or its athletes, past or present. Wagner is widely recognized by those who understand football to be a distinct talent; the fact that Stang0 can't appreciate that only reflects upon his bias against USU.

They couldn't lose the game. Had the scenario been reversed and Denver was dominating Turbin would never have played. He rode the bench until the last what 2 minutes of the game? So there you go. At least you finally got my name right. I haven't been eating crow. Check the stats. Fourth quarter when Seattle had nothing to lose by putting him in. Now I would agree about the crow eating had either of them played the entire game. But they did not. I was in aggie nation watching the game and saw no Wagner and only a little bit of Turbin. Still not to impressed.

Yes Wagner's name was mentioned several times. As for Turbin I seem to recall a post a couple years back when Turbin got drafted...lets see now how did it go?

"don't know about Wagner but I got one thing to say to Turbin. Good luck on the bench for the rest of your carrer. You won't play a single down in the big leagues."

How is that crow tasting Stang? mmmmmmmm goood!

Was Wagner's name even mentioned during the game? I watched it from start to finish and didn't hear any mention. Yes I heard the name Turbin once or twice but that was only when Denver didn't stand a chance and Seattle had nothing to lose by putting him in. But no Wagner the entire nigh.

Just curious about this award. How are athletes nominated and what criteria is considered to determine the winners? Also congrats to all of those who were selected and good luck in your future endeavors.
