    a) I think we jail too many people
    b) These are the kind of people who already have no money

    This is all a part of the militarization of our police force and justice for profit. It's disgusting and should stop, and its only the tip of the iceburg.

    As for Davis County Sheriff's disturbed by the thought of breaking the law, I've personally seen them break the law on many occasions, and consider them to be on a trend of doing what they want and adjusting the paper work later.

    It is ridiculous. The court sentences to time and a fine. The fine should be the only financial requirement. People should be behind bars because the people want them behind bars so much they are willing to pay for it.
