Coach Sims will be great at Davis. As a father who had a son play for him, I know that he is one of the few coaches in High School that is there for the right reasons. He is there to teach boys to be men. He is not afraid do the hard things, especially when those things are the right things. I will always be grateful for the positive effect he had in my sons life. It will be hard to cheer against him......but that is what we do, our favorite teams are the Lancers and whoever is playing Davis. Good luck Coach Sims. I know a number of the young men you have at Davis and they are a great group!

I've known Chad for his 3 years at Northridge. He is a great guy and will have much success at Davis. Sad to see him go, but excited for him and the opportunity he has. Throw the records out and look at what he has done with the kids he has had, there isn't a better coach that Davis could have found. Good Luck, we'll miss you at The Ridge.

I like Chad and think he is a great guy, but I do not feel he is a great coach. Luckily he will have talent, but they will be a bit better than average simply due to talent
