    It was a wonderful presentation. Saw it both nights and understood what was going on. (OK, I'm not an attorney, but it was easy to follow). Congrats to BYU & U of U Law Schools for sponsoring it and for the Illinois Supreme Court Historic Preservation Commission and the Abraham Lincoln Pres Library and Museum for a riveting presentation.

    RE: Joseph Smith was thereafter arrested just outside Quincy, Ill. He immediately engaged counsel to file a writ of habeas corpus to have his arrest reviewed.
