    Something that wouldn't cost a dime and that would certainly help clean up the pollution....My experience with dealing with various people at EPA is that they can do nothing to enforce the Clean Air Act, etc because the permits written by UDEQ have so many loop holes and are written so loosely that industries can get away with pollution that exceeds Federal limits. The State and Governor needs to tell UDEQ, in strong wording, tighten up the permits so that when an industry violates Federal law the Feds can come in and enforce it!
