This team really needs to start playing better ball. So far I am not impressed. The Coogs should dominate this conference but they continue to disappoint. Many of Utah's finest LDS baseball players have gone out of state to play. The biggest reason is because the schlorships that BYU offers are a joke. Players just don't come to BYU to play because you're BYU. Most families can't afford it. With the paltry scholarships that that are offered, the fine players of the LDS faith are going elsewhere. If the Cougars want to keep being a middle of the road team just keep doing the same thing.

The results over the past few years have been embarrassing! Please loosen the purse strings and get some quality players. They are out there just go find them! And for heavens sake find some power. This current team can't hit for power.
