Some things you can only learn by playing the game.

You learn how little pain you feel during a game while your adrenaline is flowing. You can be playing in shorts in the snow and not feel the least bit cold.

In the scrums, you don't notice smelly sweaty teammates like you would think. You're too focused on winning a reverse tug of war, and then catching your breath to chase after the ball.

    Fun article.

I'll admit, I puzzled over that for a little bit, too. "Where are those 15 things???"

    Ah, well...

Thanks BeGroovee. Nice...so creative, so innovative yet so non-intuitive! ...trending now?

Click the button that says "See All 18 Photos". It's a little confusing. I wish it would default to the entire slide show when you select the article.

Hope you get more out of it than the bio! :-)

Wow, I too learned a lot about the game of rugby through the article, but more importantly I learned that:
    1. Tim Johnson is the art director at KSL-TV in Salt Lake City.
    2. He and his wife, Alicia, are the proud parents of five daughters
    3. The five daughters look like their mother.
Thanks Desnews! Now I'll start reading more informative rugby articles.

Nice format for a story! I could handle more of these.
