    Is anyone really surprised the the Conservative ultra right Republicans choose to punish those who have no other alternative for healthcare in order to keep to the 2008 plan of "NO".
    So very sad to see this type of thing happen over and over again.

    If Utah takes the $500 million, it will have to comply with many onerous and expensive federal regulations. Just like in education, you take even ten percent from the federal government and it will mandate 80 percent of how you operate your program. Obamacare and the entire current medical system is on the road to collapse. It will be better to be as far away from and as independent of that corrupt system when it does collapse.

    This bill makes NO SENSE! They are turning down $500 Million in taxes that have already been paid, and then thinking that they can offer meaningful health care for this population by using $35 Million from our already-stretched state budget. This bill costs Utah more and provides inferior care. What are they thinking??
