    Paid admin leave is the action businesses must take until the individual is convicted of a crime. Until then, the presumption of innocence exists..despite the overwhelming circumstances. Once convicted, the business can legallly terminate an individual without worrying about a wrongful termination lawsuit.

    Disbarment coming, essentially the end of his career.
    You break the law you pay for it.
