The best interests of the child:

    1. Parents stay married, work all major problems out if possible. Parents love each other or at least respect each other, and stay true to their marriage covenants.

    2. If parents must divorce then look 'em up in a room until they reach an agreement with each other about the child. Otherwise be prepared to strictly enforce a truly joint custody agreement, without sexist views of mothers being the "best" parent.

    3. Charge any parent found to be lying to get custody and have them take the punishment they sought to inflict on their one-time alleged sweetheart.

    4. Forbid any socialist worker, or guardian ad -lie- tem, to come within one statutory mile of any child but their own natural child.
