UDOT drug tests all it employees. Thhe legislature may consider mandatory, random, independent drug testing of lawyers, judges, pharmacists, police, and others for the public safety and safety of the persons in these high level of trust positions.

Even legislators should be drug tested.

The public has a compelling need to know that the lawyers, judges, pharmacists, police, legisltors who serve them are not impaired.

Sounds like an opportunist. Some personal cocaine with pot for sale. And they owed guns (the big mistake). These people are probably motivated to work and earn money in our society. Its a shame that one state away jail isn't an option for this kind of thing, but here we might waste 100s of 1000s of dollars prosecuting this and then jailing 3 people over marijuana, which my bet is they sold it to people they know, ie other lawyers.
