Well, everyone I know either has or is getting a gun.

Criminals like this man won't last long in the society we're turning into.

The danger, to think this is some usual guy that will go away.
Most the time it will be an animal at the time of persue.
Something else, as a girl you do not pick up your pace this will turn him on.
You say a quick prayer and then look for people.
Lots of people and then you run and scream toward them.

If there are no people around you, you never run into a lonely place.
    Never away from open space.
Location, the more likely somebody can hear you or see you.
If none of the above works, you must hurt and be smart.
Suffering the unspeakable is never good for your future.
A rape can never be turned into good.
Be quick never slow in your reactions.
Most girls tend to be slow moving under fear, never do that.
If you calm down you have lost, if you panic you have lost.
You must use resources such as quick thinking and quick reactions.
Read some books about it, it is proven that girls are slowed down in defense, must counter.
    (Go take a class)

Bravo to that young lady! She did the right thing to scream and fight back. Suggest that anyone who is being assaulted scream "fire." That gets attention very quickly.
