Manning looked old, slow and weak armed. Ouch!! Sea Hawks best in NFL followed by 49ers then Saints then Panthers. Broncos probably 5th best team. AFC weak.

You are right. Most have been super supportive of Wagner and Turbin, and I appreciate that greatly. Thank you.

I should have clarified that there is basically just one naysayer I'm referring to here on the Des News site. This super bowl victory is just extra validation that that particular naysayer was spectacularly off-base with their frequent postings.

I don't have an inferiority complex... I'm just tired of reading or hearing about bogus posts from that one particular naysayer.

Worst part of the game was the so called entertainment @ 1/2 time.

I like Peyton Manning but it did not bother me to see the donkeys get embarrassed.

@Ironmomo, I don't doubt there is "a poster" who is jealous and ill informed. But the great majority of posters I have seen have been very supportive of Wagner and Turbin and believed they would indeed succeed in the NFL. No need to be so defensive and with such an inferiority complex like he mentions due to simply one commenter. I've seen aggie, utes, and cougars all express support and belief in these guys.

Don't let one commenter get under your skin so much.

G-day..Sambone is correct. There is a poster, jealous and ill informed to say the least, who predicted that neither Turbin nor Wagner would be drafted and if they were drafted would sit the bench their entire careers.
Looking back at this posters failed predictions regarding Turbin and Wagner, and many others directed at USU in general, makes me laugh.

Sambone, I've never heard any naysayers in regards to Wagner or Turbin. Im a BYU fan and love what they did at USU and in the NFL. Same with any player who does well at the next level. I think you may have an inferiority complex.

McBearsNY, Pretty harsh words for one of the greatest to play the game. Perhaps a disappointment but a disgrace? Come on now.

Every year manning fans are brought up mt. Everest only to be thrown head first off the mountain when within 10 feet near the summit, its almost something out of Dante's "Divine Comedy" a repetitious torture that never ends--I can end it by admitting Peyton Manning is a disgrace to the NFL, even Phil Simms said "there is definitely something wrong with Peyton Manning with all those numbers he should have several super bowl titles". I say nearly two decades, hundreds of millions of $ and the torture of amazing numbers but only one super bowl title--a DISGRACE!

As proud a moment this is for Seahawks everywhere, this game also means a lot to Aggies everywhere.

Two Aggie greats in Bobby Wagner and Robert Turbin getting super bowl rings after just two years removed from their time at Utah State.

From a potato bowl loss to a super bowl win, I couldn't be more proud. The crow the naysayers have to eat makes it sweeter yet, to boot.

    Go Aggies! Go Hawks!
