This is the best news in a LONG time. There is still hope for wholesome family
entertainment! So grateful there are people like Bill Cosby who are not ashamed
to defend traditional values. I hope the show is wildly successful.

Instead of fretting about so called values let's ask a real question...will
it be a good show? I like cosby and he's certainly done some good stuff; I
hope this one is up to that standard.

A new show, and it's not a reality, low life or talent contest genre? I
might just have to tune into local broadcast tv to watch that one! It might bump
back my vieiwing of Bonanza, Green Acres and The Middle! Thanks Mr Cosby!

I hope that whatever he brings will not portray parents, especially dads, as
buffoons. But ones who love and interact with children the way his old show did.

I've been wondering when and who it would be that would bring back a family
show with at least some sense of decency and non-obscene/crass/stupid humor.
If anyone can pull it off it's Bill.
Good on'ya
Bill, and good luck! I wish you only the best.

This is great and important. Strange that Deseret News is one of the few outlets
which is trumpeting the press release. It would appear that goodness just
isn't news any more. I am quite sure that Charlie Sheen won't be a
guest and that means that most of the young don't really care.

Great! In the 80's, when The Cosby Show came out, it was the most important
and fun show we watched all week. Bill Cosby has promoted strong values and it
is needed now more than ever. How rare and wonderful for a famous "star"
to promote strong values and strong families. Thank you Bill Cosby!

This is great news. I have always loved Bill Cosby's shows. And this is
what we need, clean, family oriented, show. One where parents don't need to
be afraid if there children are in the room watching. Way to go Cosby!

Wow what a concept. A good clean traditional family type TV show that will make
us laugh at ourselves. Maybe I will actually watch a show on TV.
Wish him and the show the best. About time someone thinks about the majority
and not the ones in left field.

60's...
