    Most people who fail at fitness were never fit when they were young so they have no idea how to get in shape. They buy bad shoes and run on hard surfaces and lift too much and injure themselves. The key is to find a coach...family member or friend who knows fitness and get started with them. Simple as that.

    In boot camp, I don't know how many times the words Loyalty and Discipline was said over and over again, but self discipline and loyalty is part of integrity. As a full time member of the Procrastinators of the World club. It's hard to quit.
