So he makes money or is hoping to make money via the youtube videos?

I read this story and then was reading in Romans about 15 minutes later. I read Romans 12:8 and thought again about this story and it reminded me of some scriptures that say your left hand shouldn't know what your right hand is doing when you give alms. I think the idea behind quiet Christian anonymous service is definitely lost here. Maybe it will inspire others to do great things, but I suspect it will not help the giver (the maker of these videos) as much as it could have. Not financially of course, he might make a little or even a lot, but spiritually/emotionally, etc.

If there wasn't a camera rolling would he still had done it? Give him props for doing it and maybe it will inspire others to serve others as well but filming it and putting it on youtube does cheapen it a little.
