BYU Alum of course you would say that! Energy Solutions is just a few minute away from church headquarters plus you guys haven't beaten us in the Spectrum since 2000! BYU is afraid that the Spectrum is too worldly for the church standards when other schools like the Utah Utes are just as vicious. Next year BYU must come to Logan. If they whine and ask for another neutral site game or worse for us to go back to the great and spacious Marriott Center when they've been too cowardly to play in the Spectrum since 2011 when we hurt Brandon Davies feelings then they are the lamest team in the state. Even Weber State played us and now look at former Wildcat Damien Lillard. On his way to stardom. Where's Jimmer? On the bench. Clearly college POY isn't everything in the NBA when people are fast enough to guard his 3 point shot. I'm just saying the only time BYU beats us in football is in Provo or when our quarterback is injured. The only time they beat us in basketball is when they don't play in Logan.

"we never saw such evil in the faces of "fans.""

I don't ever recall a college basketball game being postponed because of fan behavior....but I could provide a list of English rugby games that were.

So disappointing to see such hatred on the faces of the fans in the picture shown at the top of this article. I played Rugby at a high level in England, which is a very tough sport, and we never saw such evil in the faces of "fans." Come on chaps, it's only a game.

    Deliverance, definitely Deliverance.

Sounds like Ed Grady is a big fan of "Deliverance"

I heard Worthington isn't going on a mission? Andrus and Nielsen are the bigs coming in next year, unless Dastrup decides to play a year before leaving on his mission.

Do I need to remind you how the Revenge of the Nerds ended?

Bronson Kafusi might not play this year but we can use him 2014-15 season when Mika leaves. Does that answer your question Serenity Now? Somebody already said that Worthington finished his mission and he needs to work harder or will have to sit a lot. Maybe Bartley and Kyle C. might might do the rotation in the middle every now and then. They both are hard worker!

    @ Ed Grady

I dunno but those BYU fans were straight out of Revenge of the Nerds.

I'm trying to decide if I saw those Utah State fans in the Walking Dead or Deliverance.

Ooops! Yep, you're right Worthington is a true freshman. Hope he can make some progress and get involved more because we need another big guy to spell off Mika and Austin, especially when they get into foul trouble.

I thought Worthington just got back from his mission??? Anyway, he hasn't shown up much but we'll certainly need a replacement for Mika. Too much season left this year to get ahead of ourselves about next year. Always good to keep in mind, however. I'm excited about how this team is playing but there are still things to work on going forward. UMass will be another good game against a top tier opponent. This is turning into an amazing schedule and should pay off in the spring. Go Coug's!

With Mika and Worthington leaving on missions next year, it will be up to Austin/Sharp, and newcomers Ryan Andrus (American Fork, 6'9"), and RM Isaac Nielsen (6'10" Tustin, Ca). So more small ball.

I think it is a great idea to have all these heated games between BYU-Utah State- and/orUtah in the Energy Solutions Arena. It helps contain/control some of the hatred that these fans exhibit on their respective home courts towards the visiting team. That's my vote!

Team is looking good and these tough games are going to pay dividends. 18 from our ward are going to the UMass game next Saturday. That should be a tough game also. Does anyone know who is coming back next year from missions? We still need more big men, especially with Mika leaving.
