Playing Lucas over Garrett? This shouldn't surprise us really, Corbin's criteria for playing time has nothing to do with who plays the best or who would do the best for the team out there. It's more about age and journeyman vet status.

Would totaly agree to give the minutes to Evans and Garrett. Give Lucas a permanate seat on the bench..

"• After some impressive games, point guard Diante Garrett didn't make it into the game." - David Smith

I believe that had Garrett played in place of Lucas, the game would not have gone into overtime. The Jazz would have won it in 4 quarters.

Why is that the Coach Corbin cannot see the obvious? Diante Garrett is the better backup point guard! He easily beats Lucas in the most important facets of the game (for a point guard) i.e., defense and distributing the ball. Given enough playing time, Garrett's scoring would become more consistent . . . benching Lucas permanently.

Corbin also needs to give more playing time to Jeremy Evans. He has already proven that he deserves to be on the court as much as possible. It's no fluke that the Jazz won the game with Jeremy playing a pivotal role in the victory.

The jazz win was in jeopardy during the 19 minutes Lucas played and chilled ball movement!
