ESPN is reporting Nix is out for the season, he had surgery today for a torn meniscus. Too bad he's out but now less pressure on Hill and a backup in the middle and BYU's run game should be on fire tomorrow!

I've attended a BYU-Notre Dame game, a few years ago.

They gave us a royal treatment filled with respect.

Their ban played the Cougar fight song, and just for this game,-did not serve coffee.

Wearing a BYU tee-shirt, many people were friendly, and welcomed us to the game. Some away games would be suicide to do that.

Looking forward to a fun game in South Bend tomorrow.

Unfortunately, the weather conditions are going to be brutal - 30 degrees, mixed rain/snow with 25 mph wind.

I think BYU's defense will do fine, if the offense can produce then it'll be BYU's game.

It all starts with the O-Line...hope they're inspired to play their best. After all, it doesn't matter who wins or loses, its that these two schools must play with sportsmanship and class...if they don't who will? Go Cougars, represent with excellence.

The big difference in the game is ND LB Nix who unfortunately ended his college career with surgery. BYU CAN now run the ball on the Irish as well as pass. Expect the Irish to come out strong still being Senior day. BYU will have to earn this one.

The big difference will be Notre Dame had a bye week and it has been over five weeks since they had all their starters healthy. They will be ready to play.

    Go Cougars!
