I really appreciate the example of patriotism with Stan Ellsworth.

Wish we could get that from our political leaders.

Such a coincidence that tonight BYU Basketball is playing Mount St. Mary's from Emmitsburg, MD, located just 10 miles south of Gettysburg Battlefield, PA!

This seemed really random until I got to the part about Lincoln giving the speech on a Nov. 19. I'd thought it was sometime around August or September (after the first week of July battle of Gettysburg).

Nice to see that the conservatives at BYU are jumping on the liberal-funded Ken Burns Gettysburg address project!

I will be at the game tomorrow and I will not be reciting the Gettysburg address. I don't care how influential it is, I am at a football game! I will be getting my cougar tail instead.

That's really cool. Wish Utah would do something like that.

LES seats almost 20k more than of course they'll have a better showing. RES could sell out and LES would still have a better showing.

I'll be at the game tomorrow, but I think 60,000 fans may be a little optimistic since it is Idaho State and the weather will be bad. Will still be a good showing (and more than Utah had at the ASU game), but it won't be a sell out.
