I have watched the video since day 1 and the prosecution still hasn't overcome the basic problem as to the fact that all of the medical examiners say she died of heart failure. Yes he is a piece of crap. There was no evidence of drowning (at least none presented yet). There was no evidence of any struggle. The level of medications in her were not above therapeutic standards. Even if he was able to sneak away from work for a short period of time, the only theory remaining is that he somehow caused her to have a heart attack? There has been no evidence presented as to how that happened. Maybe someone can fill me in or am I missing something.

Why do women participate in completing the loop of adultery when they know it is harming other women, and why do they engage men who are willing to engage in it ? Do they somehow think they're the end-all, and will change the man ?

The man has a long history of fraud and deceit. He faked his transcripts to get into medical school. He served time in prison for fraud and has a history of infidelity in his marriage. In short, he has a long history of NO CHARACTER.

What a sad case. How can people be so cold, so unfeeling? Especially towards someone you have loved. I just don't understand.

The portions of "Gypsy's" testimony I watched yesterday absolutely made me sick. She was so smug, to me it was clear she was covering for the defendant.

I wish the deceased family nothing but peace and joy. Your Mother/Grandmother looks down upon you and smiles, she will always be with you. Please gain strength in the knowledge that your Father and his low life mistress can never take your mothers spirit away from you.

So sad, everybody looses on this one.

    God Bless you all.

She was twelve at the time and her mother had just died. Give her a break.

“I remember her going into my dad’s room at night. I thought, “What in the world? Why is she up in Dad’s room?’”

    You really don't know?
