    Its pretty clear that it affected Favors that he did not feel wanted by NJ. He seemed to really feel like a team wanted him.

    Seems like a good kid and I am glad he ended up here.

    I don't every really think he will be some offensive juggernaut but the fact we have an already very good rebounder and defender is a staple we have to have if we really plan on doing anything as a team.

    Any offensive improvements will just be gravy but from a league standpoint he is worth what he got paid because of what he can already do at the is young age. His NBA prime is still another 5-7 years away which means he has alot of years to still make improvements and considering where he is a now he could be very dominant in certain areas.

    With all of these young guys though it will be a rollercoaster this season and unfortunately there will be more down than up.

    It will be tough to remain patient given what we are used to around here in terms of winning. As difficult as it will be I think it is the right approach.
