Salt Lake City considering parking restrictions on snow days

    You really must allow for parking.
    In the older neighborhoods there aren't even garages for some homes.
    A survey of parking habits in normal weather must give leaders pause as they put together a plan.
    And there is overcrowded housing in some homes that the city has been afraid to address. Five cars that pertain to a two bedroom home means something is up, but no one seems to do anything about it.
    Like K writes above, you have to answer that question first or the program will fail. Common sense tells you that if people had a garage they wouldn't park on the street in a snowstorm.

    I say do it. It is only for our greater good. Makes clearing it easier and increases safety.
