    I'm sure we'll see Mr Rowley out and about in 3-5 years. A 15 year sentence means 7.5 years to be eligible for parole. With good behavior, enrollment in behavior modification and substance abuse classes and church attendance on Sunday he'll cut that 7.5 years in half. He'll probably be able to reclaim his AR-15 as well.
