    Flores attributes his longevity to walking daily and a diet that does not include sugar or pasta.


    He walks daily (apparently) and I bet he never had a knee transplant either, unlike in certain enlightened Western nations, where people start getting them at half his age or even earlier. He probably is not overweight and has a healthy diet.

    BTW the article teases us with talk of diet etc but does not get into details.
