    @ Chris B:

A direct quote you made several comments up above...
"You may be right that people know Utah as the bottom of the Pac 12."

And yet I never came even semi-close to saying or even inferring that BYU is a division II team. Re-read my previous comment.
Only a single teenager said he thought as much... no one else in the entire nation has said so... except you. And there is no one in Provo that cares about that whatsoever.
As such, there are no egos hurt in Provo. None. But thanks for your concern.

It appears you got caught again, Chrissie!

I admitted we are a Pac 12 cellar as much as you admitted you are a Division II nobody!

    Division II!

Ouch, that's a shot to the huge ego in Provo.

Will there be a correspondingly titled article on Ute fans? Nevermind, this is a family newspaper....

The one word that annoys me about and sums up the ute fan is - imperious - look it up.

    @ Chris B:

Sorry, Chris. i forgot to answer your question. Here goes.

It's much better to have just 1 teenager THINK you're a division II program than to have most of the entire football world KNOW that you are a conference cellar team (as you so graciously admitted about your team). No brainer! BYU and their fans would take that one any day.

You may be right that people know Utah as the bottom of the Pac 12.

Tell me which is better, to be known by recruits as the bottom of the Pac 12 or a division II school?

Again, YOUR recruit thought you were a division II Program.

So much for this "we're a national program and everyone knows and respects how good byu is"

"Love seeing that cheerleader put the BYU fan in his place"

That cheerleader later became a BYU student and fan.

More fun still was watching Bronco put suspenders boy in his place with nothing more than a cold stare.

    @ Chris B:

And yet when Jamaal Williams and other quality football recruits find out exactly who both BYU (and Utah) are, look where they are ending up... BYU, and they all say they are currently thrilled to be there. Doesn't say much for your latest even more desperate attempt at minimizing BYU.

FYI... Most of the people who know Utah is a PAC team also know that they are one of the 2 cellar teams of the conference and have been every single year since joining. How much actual respect and admiration do you honestly think that warrants? When Utah starts winning conference games against upper tier teams, that respect will then come and it will be earned. Kyle also knows that.

BTW... besides some other BYU fans, there are also a bunch of Utah fans that want me to remind you that, per your promise, you won't be posting on any more BYU articles as of this coming Saturday. It's rather sad, but also interesting that so many Utah fans seem to be so embarrassed by the becoming-even-more-silly things you keep writing, Chris. Most of it adds nothing pertinent to the online dialog.

Just go to any Non BYU -Utah, Utah Football game and make sure you have your BYU hat or a blue BYU shirt; warning: you might want to leave the wife and children under 17 at home. They make the worst BYU fans look like candidates for eternal life!

Just like Utah thinking they are going to the Rose Bowl. Remember Arizona and ASU! Get use to it but more of "L" then "W". No, I didn't think we would be another NC but bcs, sure why not. But, I didn't think we lose to Virginia and win to Texas. What's new!

Congrats, DN. You just described every fan who cheers their team on. Texas' fans are doing that right now. Most of the SEC teams have done it. Most named programs are doing it. I've heard plenty of fans calling for Whittingham too. Can't beat anyone respectable in the PAC12.

ASU called for Erikson (who descended to the depths of Utah) and got a much better coach.

"Every football fan in the country knows Utah is a PAC 12 Program"

Yeah, because you cram it down their throat. It's like anything PAC-12 out there, you're reminding people that Utah is also in the PAC-12. "Headline, OSU (who lost to an FCS team) beats Utah, but remember, Chris B wants you to know that Utah is in the PAC-12. Utah isn't very good in the PAC-12, but they're in it!" It is so old, even for those of us who like the PAC-12. We wish we could go back to the PAC-10 because it's not like Utah or Colorado are helping the RPI or anything.

The only national fans you have are Mormons.

Non-Mormons outside of Utah barely know who you are.

Just look at Jamaal Williams, he said when he was being recruited he thought byu was a division II program!

Every football fan in the country knows Utah is a Pac 12 program.

Your OWN RECRUITS think you are a division II school.

Love seeing that cheerleader put the byu fan in his place

Perfect example of byu and their fans

They think they are tough but then act like little girls when they meet a real challenge
