    Any agency without oversight will waste money including the IRS. Waste and fraud at the Rehab Agency is a disservice to those who legitimately need assistance and it hardens taxpayers for the next time politicians ask for an increase in taxes. If politicians were actually spending their own money they might look at budgets more closely. Ultimately it is the fourth branch of government, the bureaucracy, that is the culprit, not the Republicans or Democrats.

    If you want an eye opener on financial waste just check out the amount of money the State of Utah is doling out to Wasatch Mental Health (WMH) and results it gets for its clients. My daughter has become a WMH lifetime member at the Utah Taxpayer's expense.

    To "Brave Sir Robin" and "What in Tucket?" it doesn't matter which party is in charge. The thing that we all need to see and learn here is that when government money is easy to get there will always be fraud and abuse.

    @What In Tucket?

    This is a state program. The state is governed by Republicans.

    What government program is free of waste and policy failures. Government under the Democrats is trying to do too much and it is failing us.
