This was painful to watch until I realized 2 things1. I have a life 2. The stop button on the video worked.
What a wonderful story, that a man would wake up and say such things about his
wife. Lets hope she is more than eye candy and appreciates him as well.
My mother who was as prim and proper as you could get, never uttered a single
curse word, a G rating 'wasn't like the old days'...well you get
my drift. She had a quad bypass. Complications set in and she was in a coma
for two months. She finally came out of it. When the breathing tube was
removed and she started refocusing on the world she got very chatty. One day I
entered her room and she looked at me and said...do you realize just how
wonderful sex is? And I laughed and said why don't you tell me mom and she
did. My father walked in 'mid' description and about died. I was
I don't care what anyone else thinks. It was the cutest, sweetest video I
have ever seen. It made me laugh out loud today the first time I watched it and
every time since then too. God bless you both and I pray you will be together
for a lifetime. You truly made my day.
He seems pretty "looks" oriented. Hopefully he truly falls in love with
the part of her that really matters before she loses her looks to age.
If you think this is someone just messing with his wife, you've obviously
never undergone the stress and worry of surgery. The last thing on your mind--if
that mind is fully coherent once you awake--is how to mess with someone.
Ridiculous.I've seen many friends and family come out of
sedation, and while a few have come out relatively stable, most have had loopy
moments like this (that's why people have the camera out and ready to film
it). What I find so sweet about this--and what may make others
uncomfortable and not believe it--is that he's truly smitten with this
woman. Anesthesia removes the filters (which is likely why he swore once in
amazement), and it's wonderful to see that when all the filters are gone,
he still finds his wife the most beautiful woman ever. She should hold on
to this video for forever!
'you may be the prettiest woman I've ever seen'Apparently he's never seen MY wife...
This guy reminds me of a song Fred Astair sang in an old movie I saw in black
and white. (reruns) I am not THAT old. He sang a song, to Ginger Rogers with
the words. . . "Have You Ever Seen A Dream Walking" Well I Have."
And they danced great together. This husband's reaction filmed
her was him waking up with the anesthesia still working and the memory drug
still in effect that he had no memory of his former life with his beautiful
wife. Comical, but real. It looks authentic to me. Not staged.
I have seen some people say some pretty crazy and hilarious things as they come
out from under the anesthesia.
I wonder if he even remembers he said all those things. I know from personal
experience when I've been knocked out for various procedures that when I
"wake up" I've said some pretty goofy things. Things I can't
remember I said later on, and things that I wouldn't normally say. Not to
question what this guy thinks of his wife or anything, just that I wouldn't
necessarily label him some huge romantic because of it.
