    I don't know how working for $10 a day can be considered a job. In Utah wages are irrelevant if you have a "job" with or without wages. I'm surprised they are all considered volunteers working for a burger and fries compensation.

    Carnivals are not what you call labor favorable positions or incomes, and its sad that the worst jobs are being acknowledged as employment. This governor of Utah has no shame, this slaver state is pathetic and criminal about their definition of employment to maintain less than poverty living conditions as news worthy accomplishments.
